Please call your insurance and confirm coverage for Telemedicine visits. Some insurance companies do not cover Wellness Visits or Health Check Ups via Telemedicine, so if you need your visit billed as a yearly wellness exam, you may need to come in person.
You are able to reschedule an existing appointment online but cannot cancel. Just go to the booking confirmation email that you received and click on Manage Appointment to reschedule.
If you need to cancel, please email or call and I will cancel your appointment.
