Starting January 1, 2026, I will no longer be billing insurance for office visits.    

You can still use insurance for labs and referrals, etc. and I’m happy to give you an invoice to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits.

Office Visits

First Office Visit

$150

First Office visit for new patients, 60 minutes long

Follow Up Visit

$100

Returning patients follow up visits, 45 minutes long

Brief Visit

$50

Brief, acute visit for established patients, 15 minutes long

Payments

Payment, in full, for all services is expected at the time of service.  I do not offer discounts but keep my prices low for everyone!
Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Cards, HSA/FSA Cards.
