Office Policies
After Hour Services
Emails will be answered at no charge if it is simple, and requires a simple fix, like calling in a prescription. If it is a complicated answer, I will ask you to schedule an appointment. Any health concern that requires me to respond via Telephone outside of business hours will incur a $75 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
A $75.00 fee will be charged for last minute cancellations and for “no-shows.”
