After Hour Services
Emails will be answered at no charge if the inquiry is simple and requires a straightforward fix, such as calling in a prescription. However, for more complex questions, I will ask you to schedule an appointment in line with my health consultation policies. Please note that any health concern requiring a response via telephone outside of regular business hours will incur a $75 fee, in accordance with my after-hour services.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time, in accordance with my cancellation policy. Please note that a $75.00 fee will be charged for last minute cancellations and for 'no-shows,' which is part of my health consultation policies.
